What a cool forum. Although I am not a bit ADD, my husband is quite ADD which has been both a blessing and somewhat a hinderance at times. The lifestyle our family has been living in highly unconventional and sometimes frowned upon by family, but we are living life on our terms and loving every bit of it - that's the blessing. The small hinderances are the usual forgetfulness, disorganization....associated with ADD. At the beginning of this year we really focused on finding ways to help my husband alleviate the frustrations he was having with his ADD. I'm happy to say he has no more "brain fog" and his concentration is better than ever. He's living a whole new life due to changing diet and playing games :-) He's focused on his brain and the foods/supplements it needs to be healthy. Most of us concentrate on eating healthy to look good and neglect the nutrients our brains need. He also exercises his brain by playing games such as chess and sudoku very quickly. Don't stop to think about your moves, just do them as quickly as possible. If you start exercising and feeding your brain what it needs to be healthy, you'll notice a huge difference! ***ADD or not, by the time you're 55, most people will have lost 50% of their cognitive ability. Scary isn't it?! It's no wonder that we easily forget where we put the car keys and have trouble remembering simple things.
I hope this helps someone. It's meant alot to our family. Have a great day!!!

Hi Jen,

I found your post on the ADD site. I'm interested to know what your husband has been doing to make such significant changes in his life. Can you send me some info on it with websites etc and what nutritional brain foods he is using?

Thanks
Terri

Jen- I visited your page as well as listened to about 30 minutes of "Arnie" and I am intriqued. Was wondering about your services. You can email me at dandangler@earthlink.net, since i don't have the upgraded membership on Ryze so i can't send any private emails to you or others. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
