A recent double-blind placebo test study in England confirm the advantages and astounding results of a healthy diet.

This study is about adding OMEGA 6 and 3 to the diet to kids aged 6 through 11.
The study was to see if adding fishoil would help in litteracy and ADHD. Also social skill would improve drasticly.

A safe and far better handling of ADHD and other that Ritalin, a first study to contradict the use of Ritalin and meth-amphetamins as the only way to control ADHD symptonms.

It did, a child would spped up her reading by 3 years, and ADHD symptoms would vanish, an added bounus was that autuimmune symptoms would also cease, like allergies, asthmas and skin rash and even headaches.

The children was taking 2 capsules of Eye Q morning, lunch and after school.

That is certainly good information.
I've always believed that there had to be other ways to manage ADHD than just medication. Thanks so much for sharing.

Thanks for sharing this with us. I have heard a lot of comments about the omega 3's being good for ADD, but never could find any documentation. I printed this up so I have it on file. I'm so excited!

I basically would drink myself into oblivion. This is how I 'coped' with ADD.

Now, I eat grains, seeds, berries, and soy products instead of fish.

I get the same Omega 3 from non-meat foods.

Love,
D.R. Bennett
