Danielle Bailey 		I have to have my mp3 player on with the headphones at work or I get distracted by the least little thing. My brain works in such a way that I need 3 or 4 things going on at once or I can't focus. I listen to godsmack, ac/dc, eminem - anything driven and strong - and it helps me stay on point. My son is the same - with the music on he finishes his homework in minutes rather than hours.
