Yes! this is a terrific developement for you! Congratulations!
As to this ...
"I find that when I don't have sufficient down time or adult conversation time, I get overwhelmed with my OWN thoughts and then the fog rolls in. "
as well as the following paragraph... I recognize I have to pay attention to maintaining a certain ... amount of time for each thing, be it personal, adult, child etc., and to stay motivated requires... knowing myself well. This is important... Otherwise, yes ... one more thing in the pot could just tumble me off the deep end like "what?"
I remember many moons ago, Alex (an attorney I was working for) gave me about agh, 10 things to do in a row. I was about 27 yrs old at the time, so he came out "one more time" and went to give me something else... LOL
I just looked at him as if he weren't there... I said, you have to wait now, I've just reached overload mode. :)
So, I mean recognizing the fog rolling in for what it is, to me is a reasonable thing. I mean I'm quite sure people who do not have ADD can certainly feel thrown under a bus when too much is dealt them as well.
Congratulations on your latest accomplishment again :) That's really terrific :)
