I find that when I don't have sufficient down time or adult conversation time, I get overwhelmed with my OWN thoughts and then the fog rolls in.

Funny, I just looked up while typing this and saw a little note I have on my desk. It says "You will NEVER be bored." Boy is that an understatement! I find that when I'm bored, I engage in more activities and then next thing I'm doing too much and then overwhelmed again. Weird and crazy cycle, linked to adrenaline, I'm sure.

Once again though, such a great reinforcement of the amazing people we really are!

P.S. I'm really excited - CHADD picked up one of my press releases about ADD and sent it to its members. That resulted in a company calling us about an ADD program for kids and they started a Stephanie Frank fund to help kids go to this ADD school! Pretty cool, huh?
