Hi Everyone here at EWADD, I'm not sure if this is a correct post for this message board , but I am posting it on all my networks as it is really good information.

I am totally surprised at myself as I was able to post on them all with out getting side tracked by something else :)

I want to share something with you that I got from a Tim Sales Training call, about believing and desire, in regards to your home business.
__________________________________________________________

You have to believe in your desire to make someone's life better.

Do you believe in your own desire to make someone's life better?

Do you believe your product and services will actually make someone's life better?

Do you believe that your business will honestly make someone's life better?

Do you believe that you will train them so that your business will make thier life better?

__________________________________________________________

I believe in my desire and I believe that my products, services, business and training will honestly make someone's life better :)

Thank you for accepting me as one of you here at EWADD.

May we ALL find our one big dream!

Take Care and God Bless

THis is good and I'll tell you... we do remember things, just those things that interest us the most.

I can read something for what I do, and it comes out in simplified terms so that anyone can get it. I like that. Initially I used to be so frustrated because I couldn't retain things "as" I read them. At the same time, after I noticed that if I needed some of that information during a call w/a client, it'd pop up out of its specific folder in my mind and there it'd be.

Initially I was comparing what I know to how others would say things. Which wasn't good because I simply don't retain it the same way so I thought I had a bad memory. While I don't remember statistics and things like that well, I do remember, just differently.

Once I accepted that, I felt "alot" better. Believe me when I tell you this. :)

p.s. I still owe you a response to your PM I didn't forget.

Oh this is nice.

I do remember things, I remember diuffrent things diffrently too.
If I read a book and it is interesting or I need to know it, I simply copy and pase the pages into my mind, then later I can recallthem and quote directly if needed or simply summarize and report.
It does not sound very logical, but having also dyslexia it makes my brain work diffrently, and if I can retain that page as is in my mind, I can later read it and then even find what I was missing the first time around.
It is a skill learened over time, I started with the association games first, then as I progressed in my reading ability , I found it easier to keep a copy handy in my mind files and then recall it later.

Then some things that is jargon or complicated as statistics or medical or other type talk, I keep the summary in my own words in my files and can then recall them if needed.

This comes in handy if I really need to know the spelling of a word, I hardly ever check it twice as it is printed in my mind, although I might mis-spell it after all and not see it so I often rely on counting the carachters and then blow them up big on my Poto shop mix board.
Blessings and amusements of dyslexia and ADD , can do several times at once and still keep on with it :)

Happy Tuesday

I'm a big fan of simplicity. Even when things are complex and since I'm overly analytical :) it would seem this sentence makes no sense right?

Simply put... and I've seen alot of really terrific input here ... I mean really good stuff.

What if no one ever said you had a problem or were different? Hmmmm? Would any of you feel ... odd, out of place, different etc.,? If you had been accepted as you were and taught in a manner that worked just for you?

Although sure, as I've said before in previous posts to not be believed for the things I could see was a big drain... at the same time ... I never really perceived myself as "different" ... I just knew I had to come up with ways around what I wanted to do things because I didn't get it like everyone else. I never minded that totally... I did mind the looks people would give ... because I'd ask again or forget etc., but that wasn't about me in retrospect either.

What I mean is that just becuase others can't see and do things or do things differently doesn't mean I fault them so why fault ourselves for certain things? You know? In the sense where we may think we could be less than ( I don't think I'm less than, I had to put that here) others due to this little gift we all have.

The only reason anyone here would perceive it to be a bad thing is because others may say it is. Don't you think?

Thoughts?

Hi Sue and Mari, ...darn...lost my train of thought...be right back...how long has it been since I was here? :)

I also don't think of myself as different...just unique!

I am also overly analytical. I can spend hours trying to learn new things and have been told by my upline in one of my businesses to "just do it...don't worry about knowing all there is to know...just get out there and make sales.

But that is not me...I want to know all about the products and business before I go out to promote. I don't feel comfortable in getting sign ups unless I first know how my products and business will help.

Any comments?

Take Care and God Bless

I agree. When I got into coaching they advertised how one should JUST GO OUT THERE and coach people!

Yah ok... so that would mean that I can go out there with my life experience, which is broad however and help others without delving into everything possible so I can be of assistance to someone from a place of having done the work myself? uhm.. No! That simply did not work for me.

So I kept, and continue to educate myself ... with regard to emotional awareness; communication; behavioral traits etc., It doesn't mean I analyse my clients to death at all. It enables me to see things more clearly and be of "true" help to them.

I know exactly what you're talking about! 100%. My friend Dave, I've said this already I'm sure, always said ... "Sue, you think too much" I'd say, but was I wrong?

The answer was no... so really the fact that I'm analytical never bothered me and this little gift I know sometimes I can turn it on full tilt and get exactly what I want to see. Although that's alot of work, yet in knowing myself more, it enabled me as well to see through my own emotions etc., and triggers so I could remove myself and be truly unbiased in my session.

Nope, yup... I know exactly what you mean. I understand completely.

Hi Sue, I'm so glad you were able to work out for yourself the correct approach to make things work for you :)

We are only accountable to ourselves when all is said and done. We must do as WE see fit not what we are told is the "proper" way to do things.

I agree we are accountable to the man/woman in the mirror at the end of the day. Still and all I'll always feel to have support and understanding to be one of the best things that help to motivate not only myself but others as well.

Like minded people, or people who understand is very beneficial in just about every area in life.

Here's a thought... and I'll push this thought every time. If no one ever said we did things differently ... we'd never know would we?

Secondly, we have ways to get around these things as well. And for the record, "everyone" has something that they need to get around in life. Whether it be ADD/ADHD or other things.

I have to say that acceptance in ourselves is the best thing going when it comes to any differences from you to others. Now I'm just thinking out loud at this juncture... but you see what I'm saying.
